HCFM was delighted to assist at the Grade IX students’ retreat for St. Mary School, Hamilton, held on May 15 at the Mount Mary Immaculate Retreat Centre. The day was beautifully organized, offering the students a rich program of talks, reflections, and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. The event was thoughtfully coordinated by Don Hall, the school’s chaplain, with the support of dedicated teachers who accompanied and guided the students throughout the day. HCFM had the joy of sharing the inspiring life of Venerable Patrick Peyton, along with the vision and mission of Holy Cross Family Ministries. As a special gift, each student received a Rosary and a “How to Pray the Rosary” leaflet to encourage them in their prayer journey. It was truly a time of spiritual nourishment for everyone present. The students participated in the Holy Eucharist with deep devotion and joyful enthusiasm, making the retreat a memorable and grace-filled experience.
