Holy Eucharist at St. Kevin’s Parish, Welland 31st October, 2025.

It was truly a grace-filled and memorable occasion for HCFM Canada to celebrate the Holy Eucharist on Friday, 31st October 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Kevin’s Parish, marking the conclusion of the Month of the Holy Rosary. We express our heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Jinto P. CSC, Pastor, and Fr. Arockia Sunil CSC, Associate Pastor, for their warm invitation and unwavering support in hosting the celebration. Their generosity allowed us to share not only the Eucharistic celebration but also the vision and mission of HCFM Canada, along with a renewed appreciation for the power of the Rosary—whether prayed individually, as families or together as a parish community. Fr. Shaji M. L. CSC was the presider and the homilist for the celebration and Fr. Arockia Sunil CSC concelebrated and introduced and welcomed Fr. Shaji at the very outset of the Holy Eucharistic Celebration.

The event offered a meaningful opportunity to highlight the inspiring life of Venerable Patrick Peyton, whose legacy continues to animate the mission of Holy Cross Family Ministries through the Congregation of Holy Cross. Through this mission, we remain deeply committed to nurturing the spiritual well-being of families, strengthening the domestic Church and fostering renewed faith in individuals and households around the world.

We were privileged to distribute Rosaries, “How to Pray the Rosary” leaflets, DVDs and Divine Mercy Chaplet prayer cards to all in attendance, encouraging everyone to pray fervently for world peace and harmony within families. The celebration was marked by joy, hope and a deep sense of community. Parishioners were delighted to receive the sacramentals—many taking them not only for themselves but also for loved ones and friends. This thoughtful gesture is a beautiful and growing sign of living faith and devotional practice within the parish. Overall, the experience was profoundly meaningful, uplifting and encouraging, leaving a lasting impression on both HCFM Canada and the faithful of St. Kevin’s Parish.
